Zitec took over the Bright and Symbolic digital agencies

    Published on

Zitec, a leader in the IT & Digital Marketing market in Romania, specialized in the development of digital transformation solutions and services, recently took over the teams and portfolios of the Bright and Symbolic agencies, two companies of web design, e-commerce, software development and digital marketing, which recorded a cumulative turnover of 450,000 Euro last year.

For Zitec, the takeover of the two businesses aimed at both expanding the customer portfolio and increasing the team, as the founding members of the companies taken over and part of the Bright and Symbolic teams joined the Zitec team.

“I think it is a good time for actions to strengthen the local market, and at this moment, all the parties involved have to win. Clients have access to a larger team, which offers complete services in the digital area and the acquired teams can focus on the activities where they excel, giving up administrative activities and benefiting from mature delivery and organization flows. We are open for other similar purchases. It is not easy to perform in the service area, but it is easier together ”, said Alexandru Lăpușan, CEO & Founding Partner Zitec.
