Timpuri Noi Square reaches 90 percent occupancy rate, prepares for further development

    Published on

Timpuri Noi Square, Vastint Romania’s first project, reaches an occupancy rate of 90 percent within the three buildings in Bucharest, leasing more than 47.000 sqm, and welcomes since last year tenants like Bolt (formerly Taxify), Allergan, Exiger and Streamwide, developing a community of more than 3.000 employees.

Bolt, formerly Taxify, the leading European on-demand transportation platform, leased over 1,200 sqm of offices at Timpuri Noi Square office complex, developed by Vastint Romania. The leasing transaction was advised by Daniela Popescu, Associate Director, and Alexandru Orzea, Senior Associate Office Agency at Colliers International.

“The team’s development in Romania is on the rise. Naturally, there is a need for a more generous space that can accommodate the entire customer service and software development team, but which is also more visible, able to facilitate the communication with our partners. We sought a visionary project, just like the Bolt business, and, together with the Colliers team, we have identified Timpuri Noi Square as the most suitable <home> for the growth of the Bolt team“, said Andreea Magraon, Marketing Manager Bolt.
