    Facilitec Romania sold to Momentum Capital

    Facilitec, leader on the facility & property management market, owned in Romania by the Spanish entrepreneurs Diego Stuyck, Tomás Manjón and David Tortosa, has been sold this month to Momentum Capital, a company controlled by the Romanian entrepreneur David Canta.

    At present, Facilitec has complex ongoing projects in property and facility management services for the luxury residential segment and for office buildings.

    Spanish Company Facilitec entered on the Romanian market in 2007 and was lead by Diego Stuyck as General Manager. Thereafter, in 2015, he bought the company together with his partners and it was developed and consolidated as a reference company on the facility & property management segment.

    By the end of 2018, Facilitec had a EUR 1.4 million turnover and the estimations for 2019 show a turnover of approximately EUR 1.9 million, which is an increase of 35% compared to 2018. At the time of sale Facilitec had a team of more than 30 employees.
