Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia, leading energy suppliers on the Romanian electricity market, reached the 2,000,000 household customers milestone on the competitive market.

“By doubling the number of customers on the free market in less than one year, we reach a new milestone that confirms once again we are the supplier of choice for the Romanian household on the competitive market, and that our strategy of placing the customers at the core of our business, with tailor made offers to meet their consumption needs was right,” said Michele Abbate, General Manager Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia.

The supply companies of the Enel Group in Romania also entered the Romanian gas supply market for residential, with the benefit of having a single supplier for both electricity and gas.
