    Electrica approved dividends of 247.5 million RON from 2018 financial results

    Electrica shareholders approved the distribution of dividends totaling 247.5 million RON, with the gross dividend per share of 0.73 RON and of the date of payment of the dividends – 24 June 2019, according to a press release sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

    Within the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Electrica’s shareholders also approved the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements of Electrica at the date and for the financial year ended 31 December 2018, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards adopted by the European Union, based on the Directors’ Report for the year 2018 and the Independent Auditor’s Report on the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements at the date and for the financial year ended 31 December 2018.

    In the same time, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders rejected the Remuneration Policy of the members of the Board of Directors of the Company as it will be made available to the shareholders, according to the law and its application starting with 1 May 2019.
