Energy company Electrica SA announces the closure of the insolvency proceedings of Servicii Energetice Munteania, part of the Electrica Group.

The decision was taken by the Bucharest Court on April 3, 2019. The court ordered measures for the company’s re-entry into business activity.

In 2014, Servicii Energetice Muntenia company has entered into the general insolvency procedure.
