    Paste Baneasa leases 5,000 sqm within Eli Park 1 logistic park

    Pasta producer Baneasa, market leader in Romania and the Balkans, has leased 5,000 sqm within Eli Park 1, announces Element Industrial, the developer of the project.

    “We are glad that in a short time from announcing the start of construction works we are in a position to also announce the first tenant within the project. Paste Baneasa leased a 5,000 sqm warehouse in the first phase of Eli Park 1”, said Muler Onofrei, Managing Partner, Element Industrial.

    Eli Park 1 will total a 45,000 sqm. lettable area of warehousing spaces and offices and will involve an investment of 25 million Euro. Element Industrial has recently announced the start of construction works, with Sagex Construct named as general contractor.

    The logistic park is serviced by public transport and is located 4 km from the Capital’s City Ring Road, by DN7, a four-lane national road.
