BMF GRUP has signed the agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Flash Lighting Services, one of Romania’s leading companies in the design, implementation and management of smart lighting systems. The transaction will expand the group’s capacity to manage essential services for buildings and cities, bringing together expertise in property management, urban infrastructure, energy efficiency and Smart City solutions.

Completion of the transaction is expected by the end of 2026 and remains subject to customary conditions, including clearance by the Romanian Competition Council and foreign direct investment approval.

The acquisition continues the accelerated growth strategy pursued by BMF GRUP together with SARMIS Capital since the start of their partnership in 2023. Following the recent integration of ENGIE Building Solutions, which strengthened the group’s capabilities in green energy and decarbonisation, Flash will add expertise in urban infrastructure and multi-year contractual relationships with local authorities.

Including Flash, the combined turnover of all BMF GRUP companies is estimated to exceed EUR 180 million at the end of 2026. The next strategic stage targets a combined turnover of EUR 300 million and expansion into foreign markets, through organic growth and acquisitions.
