Fressnapf Romania, part of one of Europe’s largest retailers specialising in pet products and services, has leased office space at Hermes Business Campus in Bucharest’s Dimitrie Pompeiu area. Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance, advised on the transaction.

The new office is the first permanent base for Fressnapf’s Romanian team, following a period in which the company operated from a coworking space. The German company chose to remain in the Dimitrie Pompeiu area, where its team was already based, with continuity of location being one of the key selection criteria.

Hermes Business Campus is one of the major Class A office developments in the Dimitrie Pompeiu area and comprises three buildings with a total lettable area of approximately 73,400 sq m.
