Vastint Romania organizes its sixth blood donation campaign and brings “Break of Good Deeds” to Timpuri Noi Square for the first time

Vastint Romania once again joins forces with Digi Group (Digi24, Digi FM and ProFM) for a new act of solidarity through the “Break of Good Deeds” initiative. Scheduled for April 6, 2026, the campaign reaches its sixth edition and continues to grow, becoming more than a one-time initiative, but a community-driven effort with real impact.

In December 2023, Vastint Romania became the first private company to support the national campaign “Avem același sânge”, initiated by Digi24. Since then, the company has organized several donation campaigns, mobilizing around 300 employees and partners from its tenant communities and contributing to the collection of over 145 liters of blood, each drop representing another chance for someone in need.

After several successful editions held at Business Garden Bucharest, this year the initiative moves to Timpuri Noi Square for the first time. For one day, part of the Bucharest Blood Transfusion Center will operate on-site, transforming the space into a true hub of generosity. The 80 available spots were filled within just a few hours after the campaign was announced to the tenant community, clearly showing a strong willingness to contribute.

Each donation has the potential to save up to three lives, turning a simple gesture into a powerful act of hope and support for those who need it most.

“We have long wanted to bring this blood donation campaign to Timpuri Noi Square, and hosting it now in our new conference center, The Venue, makes the moment even more meaningful. Every time, this initiative reminds us that an office space can be more than just a workplace. It can become a place where people come together around a shared cause and truly make a difference.

At Vastint Romania, building communities is part of our DNA, and the blood donation campaign is one of the most powerful expressions of that commitment. We are grateful for the openness and generosity of our tenants and partners, who continue to show that even small gestures can have a significant impact.

We are also proud to continue this partnership with Digi Group, built on shared values and a genuine desire to contribute. At the same time, this campaign is part of a broader program of community-focused initiatives, which has expanded significantly compared to last year,” said Eliza Onică, Senior Marketing Manager, Vastint Romania.

The blood donation campaign is part of Vastint Romania’s wider corporate social responsibility strategy, focused on consistent and meaningful community engagement. Other initiatives include fundraising for the Umabel Association through the annual football tournament, book donation campaigns for children and underprivileged schools, the organization of the Impact Autism Fair, as well as involvement in urban regeneration projects such as the revitalization of the Dâmbovița River, in partnership with the Ivan Patzaichin Association and Nod Makerspace.

“Avem același sânge is the most extensive national campaign led by a news television station for the benefit of patients. Launched by Digi24 on December 1, 2022, the initiative has already mobilized around 6000 donors across 24 counties.
