Holcim Romania announces the acquisition of Uranus Pluton SRL, a granite quarry operator active since 2004 in Cerna, Tulcea County. Through this acquisition, Holcim Romania enters the quarry stone products market, supplying materials used in asphalt production, railway applications, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Uranus Pluton SRL currently employs over 80 people, who will continue their activity within the existing business.
