    Published on

Sika Group, a global leader in solutions for the construction industry, announces the appointment of Camelia Ene as General Manager of Sika Romania & Adeplast, starting from November 2025.

Camelia Ene succeeds Ileana Nicolae, who has been leading Sika Romania & Adeplast during the transition period, in parallel with her role as Head of Eastern Europe.

With a professional background spanning 25 years — including more than 17 years in the energy sector — Camelia Ene has held top management positions, among which seven years as CEO of MOL Romania. Over the past year, she has led ROCA Industry, a Romanian holding company in the construction sector, further strengthening her expertise in managing complex operations and developing strategic growth initiatives.

“I am honored by the opportunity to lead Sika Romania during a strategic development phase, and I am committed to aligning local objectives with the Group’s regional priorities, while integrating the specific dynamics and potential of the Romanian market. In the first 100 days, my priority will be to consolidate the team, accelerate sales, and define a growth plan based on performance, strong partnerships, and innovation,” stated Camelia Ene.
