    Published on

Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has today announced it has appointed Hanne Sjøberg as its new Vice President, Channels, Secure Power division, Europe, and will lead the continued growth of its channel organization.

Having joined Schneider Electric in 2016, Hanne Sjøberg has held roles across customer satisfaction, human resources (HR) and business development for both the Baltic and Nordic regions. For the past two and a half years, she has also held the role of VP Customer Satisfaction and Quality, where she spearheaded new initiatives transforming the customer experience and quality of the interaction for the end-user.

Hanne Sjøberg succeeds David Terry, Schneider Electric’s longstanding VP IT Channels, Europe, who has led the company through a period of unprecedented success and growth. During his tenure, he has established multiple, high-profile partnerships with large-scale channel organizations including Arrow Electronics, ATEA and Bechtle, overseen the inception and delivery of new partner and sustainability initiatives, and driven growth for Schneider Electric’s data center, critical power, and sustainability solutions across the region.

Speaking on her appointment, Hanne Sjøberg said, “I have always been fascinated by the speed of transformation taking place within the technology sector, and more so considering the growing demand for AI, critical IT, and sustainability solutions. I’m excited to begin my new role as VP for Channels, Europe, and look forward to working with our partners to ensure they’re equipped with the tools, training and support to meet these evolving market opportunities.”

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Hanne Sjøberg held the role of Managing Director at TD SYNNEX Denmark – formerly Tech Data – leading its Danish arm for five years and helping to deliver a global strategy to transform its sales and customer initiatives. She begins her tenure as Vice President, Channels, Secure Power division, Schneider Electric, Europe with immediate effect.
