    CPI Property Group signs lease deal with Austrian construction company Swietelsky

    CPI Property Group, one of Europe’s leading real estate owners, announces a lease agreement with Swietelsky, an international construction group, based in Austria. The new tenant will occupy an area of approximately 1,250 square meters, in myhive S-Park office building, the contract being signed for a period of 5 years, starting with March 2024.

    “It is an extremely good start of the year for CPI Romania, and the partnership with Swietelsky confirms that the infrastructure and extended facilities from our office buildings, as well as the care for the employees’ daily experience at the office are fundamental elements when taking the relocation decision. We are happy that myhive S-Park – an emblematic property for our portfolio – meets all the requirements and needs of Swietelsky team, who will establish their headquarters in our building”, says Fulga Dinu, Country Manager, CPI Romania.

    Located near Presei Libere Square and Herastrau Park in Bucharest, myhive S-Park office building offers services such as cafés and a restaurant, flower shop and chocolate shop, beauty salon, biking facilities, as well as charging stations for electric cars. The property is BREEAM Excellent and Access4You certified.
