    AFI Europe acquires NEPI’s office portfolio in Romania for 300 million Euro

    AFI Europe and NEPI Rockcastle have completed of the acquisition of the NEPI Rockcastle office portfolio in Romania, with a total rentable area (GLA) of 118,500 sqm. The transaction value exceeds 300 million Euro.

    The acquired portfolio consists of four Class A office projects, with a total of eight office buildings located in Bucharest and Timisoara: Floreasca Business Park (Bucharest), The Lakeview (Bucharest), Aviatorilor 8 (Bucharest),   Timisoara City Business Center.

    “The acquisition of the NEPI office portfolio in Romania represents a strategic extension of our business model. During the last 10 years, we have organically developed major projects in Romania, and now we are expanding our portfolio also through the acquisition of income-generating properties that will strengthen our position on the Romanian market ”, said Doron Klein, CEO of AFI Europe for Romania and the Czech Republic.
