    Skanska signs partnership with DBH Group, which has leased a total of 5,100 sqm of office space in Romania and Hungary

    Skanska has signed a long-term partnership with DBH Group, which develops and manages co-working spaces on the European market. DBH Group leased an area of ​​1,800 sqm in the first building of the Equilibrium complex, located in Bucharest, Romania, and a space of 3,300 sqm in the H2Offices building, developed by Skanska in Budapest, Hungary.

    “In the wake of the pandemic, which has significantly reshaped both the outlook of the business environment and the lifestyle of occupiers and investors, the new standard to which we all relate now is flexibility. The high-quality services offered by DBH Group in both countries and the new concept to be implemented in H2Offices will certainly bring added value to our customers, which is why we are very happy to start this partnership, simultaneously, in two of the markets ours,” said Kata Mazsaroff, Leasing and Asset Director Skanska Hungary and Romania.

    Equilibrium 1 is a Class A office building consisting of 12 floors with a leasable area of ​​20,700 sqm and a green area of ​​3,500 sqm intended for both work and outdoor relaxation.

    After the completion of the three phases of the project, the H2Offices Complex will offer a total usable area of ​​approximately 67,000 sqm. The first phase, whose development began in August 2020, consists of 8 floors and 3 levels of underground parking, with an area of ​​27,000 sqm. Its completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.
