Andrei Larion, Hidroelectrica: “We want to implement a DMS system to help streamline the work within the company”

“Digitalization is very important for Hidroelectrica. We have many projects related to improving the customer experience. I am referring to the portal through which customers can contract delivery services in just a few minutes. Another important step we took was to start implementing sales force solutions and a portal where customers can see their invoices and make payments online,” Andrei Larion, IT&C manager, Hidroelectrica said during Digital Transformation Conference – Energy & Utilities organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“We can also talk about starting a pilot project on the unmanned operation of energy production. We are in the initial phase in which we started these actions to complete the first pilot in this regard.

Regarding digitization for the company, we want to implement a DMS system to help streamline the work within the company, electronic document flows, digital signature, etc.

We are also paying attention to the cybersecurity aspects; we have our own cybersecurity system and we are constantly updating it. We are constantly working to improve the systems so that they are the best and most efficient systems for Hidroelectrica.”
