Redport and Dan Șucu have officially launched Infinity Nord, a large-scale residential development that will contribute to the transformation of the Străulești, Dămăroaia area into a new urban hub of Bucharest.

Located on a platform of more than 4.6 hectares, in the continuation of the Petrom City area, Infinity Nord is the largest project in Redport’s portfolio and one of the most important residential investments currently under development in Bucharest.

Infinity Nord will include approximately 1,200 homes developed in three successive phases, alongside an extensive component of retail, services, wellness and spaces dedicated to the community. The project was conceived as a mixed-use development, in which residents will have quick access to the services and facilities needed in everyday life.

“For us, this launch has a special significance. Infinity Nord is the project that best expresses how Redport sees the right evolution of the residential market, the responsibility of a developer and the role a company can play in transforming the city,” emphasises Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, CEO and Founder of Redport.

In the first phase, Redport has already secured pre-leases with Auchan and World Class, which will occupy approximately 95% of the commercial spaces related to the inaugural stage of the development.
