    One United Properties acquires historical building near the Romanian Athenaeum

    One United Properties announces the conclusion of a sale-purchase agreement for a building located in 2 Georges Clemenceau Street, District 1, Bucharest, near the Romanian Athenaeum. The net value of the transaction is 4.9 million euros plus VAT and the estimated gross development value is 21 million euros. The building will be used for a new development of the Company – One Athénée.

    Being classified as a historical monument, the building will be entirely renovated by One United Properties. After the completion of the restoration process, the building will host exclusive commercial space on the ground and first floor, as well as ten high-class apartments on the floors above, overlooking the Romanian Athenaeum. One Athénée is the first project of One United Properties where the company purchased a cultural monument with a goal to protect and regenerate the cultural heritage of the centre of Bucharest.
