Alumil Rom Industry SA, a leading player in Romania’s architectural aluminium systems market, closed the first half of 2026 with revenue of RON 57.9 million, up 3.4 percent compared with the same period last year. Operating profit increased by 23.7 percent to RON 3.91 million, while net profit rose 21.6 percent to RON 2.85 million.
The company’s improved profitability was also supported by higher gross profit, which increased from RON 18.57 million in the first half of 2025 to RON 20.43 million in the same period of 2026. Cost of sales remained relatively stable, while sales revenue continued to grow.
“We closed the first half of the year with positive developments both in revenue and, particularly, in profitability, in a market where investment decisions are being made more cautiously. Going forward, we remain focused on efficiency, supporting our partners and providing them with tools that help them reach the end customer more easily,” said Marius Ioniță, General Manager of Alumil Rom Industry.
Alumil Romania’s performance comes against a backdrop of positive momentum across the wider group. In the first quarter of 2026, consolidated sales of the Alumil Group increased by 17 percent year on year, while group EBITDA advanced by more than 50 percent.
The group is also pursuing international investment projects, including the development of a new aluminium extrusion line in Egypt, which is expected to become operational in early 2027. In Greece, Alumil is also developing an automated warehouse for aluminium profiles, designed to improve supply-chain efficiency.
