Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Mamaia project enters development phase

    Published on

Monarc Development announces that Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Mamaia has officially entered the development phase, marking a significant milestone for a project valued at approximately EUR 70 million.

The development will introduce the branded residences concept to the Romanian market and become the first project of its kind in Romania developed under an international hotel brand.

Located in Constanța, the project brings to the local market a property ownership model associated with premium hospitality developments found in renowned destinations such as the French Riviera, Santorini, Bodrum, Tenerife and the Adriatic Coast. At the same time, it supports the transformation of Constanța into a year-round destination for hospitality, business and investment.

“Reaching this stage is a major milestone for us and confirms our ability to deliver an internationally aligned project in Constanța. We believe branded residences represent the next stage in the maturation of Romania’s premium hospitality and real estate market, while Constanța has all the fundamentals required to become a 365-day destination,” said Alexandru Manea, CEO & Founder of Monarc Mamaia Sunset S.A.

The project will feature 234 hotel rooms, 102 branded residences, and a range of premium amenities, including a 1,000 sqm wellness and spa area, indoor swimming pool, infinity pool, fitness center and private beach. The development will also include a conference and events center with a capacity of up to 700 guests, one of the largest facilities of its kind in Constanța.
