Alezzi Group transfers its concrete division to Heidelberg Materials Romania

    Published on

Alezzi Group has finalized the transfer of its concrete production operations to Heidelberg Materials Romania, one of the world’s largest producers of construction materials.

The transaction enables the company to fully concentrate its resources on the development of large-scale residential projects.

Developed entirely from the ground up, Alezzi’s concrete division was initially created to ensure direct production capabilities and quality control for the company’s own projects.

The collaboration between the two entities will continue through a strategic supply agreement. Alezzi will continue using concrete produced in the same facilities, now operated under Heidelberg Materials’ management.

Alezzi is a real estate developer based in Constanța, with more than 20 years of experience in the local market. Over the years, the company has developed multiple residential and logistics projects in Constanța, Mamaia and Mamaia Nord, totaling more than 3,000 apartments, all of which have been fully sold. In 2024, Alezzi reported revenues of over EUR 28 million and a gross profit of EUR 13 million.
