    Hagag Energy appoints Adrian Romanescu to lead distribution operations of the natural gas division

    Hagag Energy, the energy investment platform of international investor Hagag Europe, announces the appointment of Adrian Romanescu as Distribution Director of the Natural Gas Division.

    With over 25 years of experience in the energy sector and comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain, Adrian Romanescu bring to table extensive expertise in natural gas distribution, infrastructure development, operational management, and the coordination of large-scale energy projects. His professional background encompasses both executive leadership and technical roles held throughout an accomplished career in the industry.

    In his new role, Romanescu will oversee all operations related to natural gas distribution activities, with a particular focus on improving operational efficiency, modernizing and digitizing distribution networks, strengthening safety and compliance standards, and further developing relationships with the company’s clients and partners. Through this efforts, he will contribute to Hagag Energy’s long-term objective of building an integrated energy platform centered on infrastructure, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
