DONA Group reported consolidated revenues of 746 million euros in 2025, marking a 24 percent increase compared to the previous year.
The group’s Retail Division, operated through the DONA Pharmacies network, recorded a 19 percent increase, while the Distribution Division, responsible for pharmaceutical product distribution, posted a 29 percent growth rate.
For 2026, the group plans to continue supporting both divisions through new investments and development projects. In retail, more than €9 million will be allocated to expanding the pharmacy network in both urban and rural areas, as well as to employee training programs. In distribution, the company will continue diversifying its operations by expanding its veterinary business, launching distribution services for medical optics providers, and assessing entry into the dental products market.
“Results in 2025 confirm the strength of a business model built on two complementary directions: retail, which remains the foundation of the group’s activity, and logistics, where we accelerated growth by entering new segments. This evolution reflects a sustained trajectory, with DONA Group recording a compound annual growth rate of 22 percent between 2021 and 2025. In 2026, we remain focused on well-calibrated investments and initiatives that can support the group’s long-term development,” said Eugen Banciu.
The company estimates it will continue to outperform the market average in 2026, supported by the performance of both divisions and the projects currently underway.
