PPF Real Estate today announced the completion of the top floor of ARC Office Experience, a 70 million euros project investment in Bucharest. The topping out marks a key milestone in the development of the building.

The project, scheduled for delivery at the end of the year, has a leasable area of 30,000 sqm, distributed across two underground levels, a ground floor, and ten upper floors, with approximately 3,000 sqm per level.

Amenities include 336 underground parking spaces, expandable to 422, electric vehicle charging stations, facilities for cyclists, and a mobile app that makes daily use of the building easier.
