Amesto Global enters the Romanian market through the acquisition of Ensight Finance

    Published on

Amesto Global, a partner-owned international corporate services firm, has entered the Romanian market through the acquisition of Bucharest-based Ensight Finance, together with Camelia Nita, who joins as Country Partner. The acquisition of Ensight Finance marks the opening of Amesto Global’s fifth international office and strengthens the Group’s international footprint, as part of its expansion strategy in Central and Eastern Europe.

Founded in 2005, Ensight Finance provides accounting, tax compliance and advisory, as well as payroll and HR administration services, supporting a diverse client base ranging from Romania-headquartered companies with international operations to multinational businesses. The firm is also a Cooperation Partner of WTS Global, further strengthening its capabilities in cross-border tax compliance and advisory.

Camelia Nita succeeds founder Mihaela Danalache and will lead the continued development of the business in Romania. Nita previously served as Managing Director at TMF Group Romania, where she played a key role in building the business from the ground up, and later as Managing Director heading the Connected Tax Compliance business unit within PwC Compliance Services in Romania. Under her leadership, both organizations experienced strong growth and further consolidated their position in the Romanian market.

Camelia Nita becomes the fifth partner of Amesto Global, joining Armin Kirchner, Oonagh Hayes, Ger Holliday and Sims Tullos.

“Romania continues to attract international investment, bringing increasing complexity for companies operating here, and that is precisely where we add value. I am proud to carry forward what the Ensight Finance team has built and to lead the next chapter of growth. What impressed me about Amesto Global is the way technology, including artificial intelligence, is embedded into the operating model, simplifying processes and giving us more space to focus on what truly matters: people. This approach creates an environment where both the team and clients are supported, and in an increasingly complex business landscape, it allows us to better understand client needs and build lasting relationships”, said Camelia Nita, Country Partner at Amesto Global România.

Amesto Global is part of Amesto Group, a family-owned business rooted in the Nordics, and the expansion into Romania reflects the company’s approach to long-term growth, based on partnerships. The acquisition of Ensight Finance in Romania responds to the growing demand for specialized services from international companies operating in the region.
