    Published on

The Ministry of Finance is running its fourth public offering of Fidelis government bonds this year from April 14 to 21, through the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). This marks the 35th offering since the program’s revival in July 2020. Through the previous 34 offerings, the ministry has raised over 66 billion lei (13.3 billion euros) from retail investors.

The April offering features seven issuances: three in euros and four in lei, including one tranche reserved exclusively for blood donors. Orders for the blood donor tranche can only be placed by investors who donated blood between November 1, 2025, and April 21, 2026.

Subscriptions are available via the underwriting consortium or authorized financial intermediaries supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) that have committed to the offering terms and prospectus. The syndicate includes BT Capital Partners (Lead Manager), BCR, BRD – Groupe Société Générale, TradeVille, and UniCredit Bank (underwriting syndicate), plus Banca Transilvania and Libra Internet Bank (distribution group).
