Schneider Electric presented its innovations and solutions for the digital transformation process in the energy sector during the Innovation Day event held in Bucharest, in the presence of the company’s partners and integrators. The technologies showcased are designed to address current industry challenges, with a focus on the specific needs of the Romanian market.

The event brought together specialists from the energy sector, who had the opportunity to discover innovative solutions for energy efficiency, digitalization, and consumption optimization in any type of commercial or industrial building, within a global context marked by the need for resilience, as well as by local and global pressures related to costs, regulations, and the energy transition.

During the event, the new Easy9 6000A range was presented, a solution developed to meet current requirements for safety, reliability, and performance in electrical power distribution. The integration of this innovation into Schneider Electric’s portfolio highlights the company’s commitment to developing accessible and efficient technologies, also adapted to residential and commercial projects in Romania.

Through the “Easy9 6000A Detective” concept, Schneider Electric specialists emphasized the importance of electrical safety, attention, and vigilance in the use and management of energy infrastructure. Through this initiative, participants explored in a practical way how technology can help prevent risks and increase the level of protection in electrical installations, an essential topic in the context of the accelerated modernization of buildings and local networks.

In the “Energy Workshop” area, partners were invited to take part in interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities alongside Schneider Electric specialists. This format was designed to respond to the Romanian market’s need for applied learning, with practical demonstrations facilitating a better understanding of how technological solutions can be implemented in real projects, whether in the design and construction phase or in the modernization phase.

“Innovation Day is an event where ideas, technology, and experience come together to generate concrete solutions for the future. We aim to offer our partners not only access to the latest services, solutions, and technologies in our global portfolio, but also a clear perspective on how safety, efficiency, and digitalization can transform the way we manage energy and pragmatically develop their businesses,” said Lucian Enaru, General Manager of Schneider Electric Romania, Republic of Moldova, and Armenia.

The event included dedicated areas showcasing key solutions for the future of energy, including infrastructure for electric vehicle charging, a rapidly growing segment in Romania, collaborative robotics applications and intelligent motor control for industry, as well as Power Distribution and Building Automation solutions. These technologies directly address the needs of local companies to optimize consumption, reduce operational costs, and meet sustainability objectives.
