    Published on

SAMEDAY announced that the Competition Council has approved its acquisition of Cargus. In the coming period, each of the two companies will prepare the relevant documentation to finalize the transaction.

“The Competition Council’s approval of this transaction confirms the direction in which SAMEDAY is heading and marks the beginning of a new chapter for the courier market. We see this step as an opportunity to build a stronger, more agile and sustainable operational structure, aligned with customer needs and designed to absorb cost volatility driven by market dynamics and external factors” – Lucian Baltaru, CEO, SAMEDAY Group.

Both SAMEDAY and Cargus offer comprehensive domestic and international courier services, with flexible delivery solutions to home addresses or fixed pickup points.
