“All my colleagues in the engineering area, who are software developers in Romania but who have various roles within the global organization, already have KPIs linked to improving performance through the use of AI. It’s something newly implemented — a code generator that is used by all developers. Each of them evaluates how much time they save and how much faster they can deliver code with this application, with this AI agent,” said Ruxandra Lupșa, Eastern Europe HR Director, NXP Semiconductors, at the People Empowering Business Forum organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.
