Adrem Group ended 2024 with total revenues of 70 million euros and a net profit of 6 million euros. The group of companies starts 2025 with consolidated revenues of 21 million euros in Q1, up over 25 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
For this year, the company aims to expand operations and continue investing in strategic projects that support the modernization of the energy system, the digitalization of the infrastructure and the development of integrated and sustainable solutions.
“The results of 2024 and those of Q1 of the current year are proof of a constant effort and a clear direction, which we have assumed for a long time. We develop through sustained investments in solutions, skills and partnerships that meet the real needs of the industry. We believe that we have all the necessary resources to be a reliable partner and an active player in Romania’s energy transformation,” said Corneliu Bodea, CEO of Adrem and President of the Romanian Energy Center.
In the first quarter of 2025, the Adrem group grew at a sustained pace and is consolidating its position on the energy services market through recently launched strategic projects, which reinforce the assumed direction of modernizing the energy infrastructure.
One of these projects is an EPC work carried out by Adrem, which targets the connection to the National Energy System (SEN) of the new 140 MW wind farm in Vaslui County, developed by PPC Renewables Romania, part of the PPC group. As part of this partnership, Adrem will provide the power evacuation solution for the Deleni and Viișoara Nord wind farms, including design and engineering, SCADA automation, construction-assembly works and connection to the SEN.
The Adrem group also marked a national premiere by implementing the first advanced Asset Management system in Romania dedicated to utility companies, an integrated digital solution that centralizes data from multiple platforms in a unique ecosystem, developed specifically for two of its partners.
In addition to these achievements, the group accelerated the development of EPC projects, as well as initiatives in digitalization, smart metering, design and execution of electrical installations, network maintenance, automation and integration of production from renewable sources.
“For 2025, we estimate an increase of over 70 percent in consolidated revenues for the Adrem group compared to 2024 figures, supported by strategic investments and the expansion of our portfolio. We continue to invest in technology, digitalization and team development, strengthening partnerships and actively contributing to Romania’s energy transition with sustainable solutions and top expertise,” added Corneliu Bodea.
