Leroy Merlin signs deal for 4,000 sqm in Floreasca Park office building in Bucharest

The Floreasca Park office building in the Barbu Văcărescu-Floreasca area, one of the largest business hubs in Bucharest, attracts Leroy Merlin as new tenant, following a deal for a 4,000 sqm space, in a transaction carried out with the involvement of the real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
Floreasca Park, managed by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since 2021, has a rentable area of 39,350 square meters and tenants such as Goodyear, Kellanova, Metro Digital or Ursus Breweries.
The building, owned by Resolution Property and Zeus Capital Management, integrates efficient design and low energy consumption, the two Class A buildings, connected by an underground parking with 500 spaces, are BREEAM “Excellent” certified.
