VGP, a European provider of logistics spaces and semi-industrial real estate, has started the construction works to expand building B at VGP Park Brașov. This phase will add an additional 13,813 sqm to the existing 20,920 sqm already leased, thus addressing the growing demand for modern logistics spaces in the region.

Out of the total 13,813 sqm, 20.6 percent is already leased, with the first tenant expected to occupy the space by the end of this year. The remaining 10,756 sqm are available for lease, offering opportunities for companies looking to expand their operations in the Brașov area.

VGP Park Brașov, developed on an area of approximately 320,000 sqm, offers a total potential of 140,000 sqm of space available for lease. The three buildings already delivered total 55,000 sqm.
