    Published on

The eMAG Group appoints Bogdan Vaduva, a professional with solid experience in auditing and consulting, to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer.

Throughout his 22-years career, Bogdan Vaduva has coordinated multi-disciplinary teams in major projects from various industries, from energy, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, retail and FMCG, providing support including for listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.

“After more than 20 years of consulting experience, I accepted the challenge of joining a locally born entrepreneurial champion with regional scope, understanding that this is not a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I am at a stage in my life where I still have a lot of energy, I want to grow and learn and I believe in the story of eMAG, which came with an innovative approach in Romania, changing the way we shop and entering our daily routine of people. I am extremely honoured to be able to further contribute to a Romanian success story,” said Bogdan Văduva, CFO Group eMAG.

A graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Bogdan continued his education at Harvard Business School, where he attended leadership development and organizational leadership courses. Before KPMG, Bogdan Vaduva worked at Arthur Andersen, EY and Deloitte.
