Speedwell launches sales for the third and last phase of TRIAMA Residence, the residential compound developed in Bucharest. TRIAMA Residence, the residential project developed by SPEEDWELL in eastern Bucharest, consists of three separate buildings and a total of 202 apartments.

After selling 95 percent of the available stock in the first two buildings of the compound, SPEEDWELL has launched the third one. This also is the last stage of the overall project as the third building will complete it. The developer has recently received the building permit for this phase.

The new stock of apartments includes 2 and 3-rooms units and a 2.75 free height. The last phase of the project will offer a total of 67 apartments, underground parking spaces and a children playground available for all the TRIAMA residents.

“We are excited to be getting closer to the finish line with our project, TRIAMA Residence. We wanted to offer a high-quality living solution to those that are fond of this area and offer an alternative to those who were not familiar with it yet. We think we managed doing that and we are happy to see that our clients appreciate it. It’s a project that will create a bigger community and will contribute to reshaping an area that’s growing,” stated Jan Demeyere, Architect and Co-Founder at SPEEDWELL.
