    Romanian cybersecurity company Safetech Innovations debuts on BVB on January 29

    Bucharest Stock Exchange informs that on January 29 the shares of the Romanian cybersecurity company Safetech Innovations will start trading on the AeRO market within BVB’s Multilateral Trading System (MTS). Safetech Innovations shares will be traded under the SAFE ticker.

    The company will enter the AeRO market with an anticipated capitalization of 12.5 million RON (around 2.6 million Euro). This value was calculated based on the price in the private placement carried out in October 2020 by Safetech Innovations, through which it attracted 2.5 million RON.

    SSIF TradeVille is the Authorized Advisor who assisted Safetech in the private placement and the admission to trading of the company’s shares.

    The debut to trading of Safetech Innovations shares will be marked by the official opening of the trading session at the BVB headquarters, which will take place on January 29th, starting with 10:00 and can be watched live on the social media channels of Bucharest Stock Exchange (Facebook and YouTube).
