Romanian industrial real-estate agency Dunwell has brokered the transaction in which the Romanian company TeraPlast, the largest of TeraPlast Group, is leasing 5.000 sqm in Mega Distribution Center’s park in Chiajna. The relocation from the Northern area into this new space aims at increasing the efficiency of the company’s distribution activities.

“Even though the business environment passes through difficult times, we must keep in mind our objectives. TeraPlast Group’s factories are operational and we are focusing on continuing the production. We have ten action plans to help us prevent ceasing any activity and to help us come out of this crisis just as strong. We decided to expand our warehousing space in Bucharest for an optimal distribution to the Southern and South-Eastern area of Romania, as well as to export markets,” says Ovidiu Gurau, Commercial Director of TeraPlast.

The rented surface is part of Mega Distribution Center’s portfolio, developer with more than 90,000 sqm on Bucharest’s ringroad and also on A1.
