TeraPlast Group to get involved in training students through dual education

    Published on

TeraPlast Group, the largest Romanian manufacturer of construction materials, is involved, together with the “Grigore Moisil” Technological High School Bistrița and the Bistrița City Hall, in the formation of future generations of employees, through a dual education program.

For the next 3.5 years, the program will include the stages of information and promotion, recruitment, selection and admission of candidates and the effective period of vocational training through dual education, at the end of which the students will take a qualification certification exam.

“TeraPlast has a long-term development strategy, based on a motivated and performance oriented team. We believe that this partnership is a step forward in supporting our goal and increasing the employability of graduates. Through this partnership we aim to prepare the next generations of employees of the TeraPlast Group. We believe that the current situation on the labor market has created the need for closer collaboration between economic operators and educational institutions, with concrete and efficient actions, as is the case with dual education,” said Mihaela Anca, HR director at TeraPlast.
