Hornbach opens an online store with over 27,000 products in Romania

Hornbach officially launches their online store in Romania, where customers can choose from over 27,000 products.

The company announces the gradual expansion of product assortment and aims to reach more than 80 per cent of its stock products online by the end of 2018.

"In the context of technological change, the use of the online environment helps us to be closer to the needs of our customers," said Mugurel-Horia Rusu, general manager of Hornbach Romania. "Opening the online store in Romania came as a natural step in the evolution of our business. From now on, DIY enthusiasts have the opportunity to consult our online store with detailed information about their projects and can make shopping easily, saving time."

Customers now have more possibilities to reduce the time required to make purchases by ordering online and requesting goods to be dispatched at home or at site. Of the over 27,000 articles presented on the site, most of them will be delivered to any address in Romania within 2-3 days.

Also, of the over 27,000 listed products, approximately 23,000 products can be booked on site and picked up personally from the selected store 4 hours after the booking.
