Enel opened its largest shop in Iasi, in the Palas Mall

Enel opened in the Palas Mall complex its largest store in Iasi and in the Moldova region. Thus, both the household and business customers in Iasi will have a new dedicated sales and information point, where they will receive personalised offers on the free energy market, for both electricity and natural gas supply.

Until now, around 900,000 household and business customers have chosen the offers of Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia on the free energy markets in Romania, for electricity and natural gas.

"We are proud to open our largest store in Iasi, as this shows our commitment to be close to our customers and to offer them a streamlined experience, coupled with quality services; value added services and a fair and transparent interaction," said said Michele Abbate, General Manager of Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia.

Customers can choose electricity offers, natural gas offers, multi-utility electricity-gas bundles, products with value added services (for internal installations repairs for example). Besides Ia┼či, Enel has partner shops in several other cities in the Moldova region and the teams are also present in the cities and rural areas, with dedicated specialists.
