Construction of the first phase, comprising of a 33.000 sqm warehouse suitable for storage, manufacturing, services or logistics purposes, will be completed early next year.

"Southern Industrial Park marks one of the most important investments for Zacaria and we took the decision to develop this property after receiving requests from our clients," said Emilia Tepes, National Sales Director, Zacaria. "The space will be divided on request in units of minimum 500 sqm. The first clients have already commissioned for lease units in the new warehouse."
