Portland Trust reached almost 80 per cent occupancy rate for Oregon Park project

Portland Trust, one of the most important real estate developers in Romania, announced a leasing contract for 35,000 sqm of office space in Oregon Park, accounting for 78.6 per cent of the total built area in the first phase of the project, according to news.ro.

2017-07-10 11:34:58

The first phase of the project involved the construction of two buildings (A and B) with a total area of 44,500 sqm. The first building was delivered in September 2016 and has a total rental surface of 20,500 sqm and the office space was fully occupied by the American company Oracle.

Building B was handed over to the first tenants from February 2017 and has a total rental area of about 24,500 sqm and has tenants such as Kambi, Deloitte Technology, Medicover, Markant AG, Europa FM radio and Euler Hermes.
The Oregon Park complex in its current form (Buildings A and B) will be fully rented until the end of 2017, according to estimates by Portland Trust representatives.

The second phase of the project consists in the development of the C building, which will have a gross leasable area of 24,500 sqm and will be built in the mirror of building B. Work on the third building will begin this autumn, and will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018. The three buildings in the Oregon Park complex will together occupy a net area of around 69,000 square meters.
