Reynaers Aluminium makes 60 per cent of sales volume from office projects
Aluminum-based construction solutions provider Reynaers Aluminium Romania said that 60 per cent of the company sales volume comes from office projects. 2016-04-28 14:41:34
According to Daniel Popa, country manager Reynaers Aluminium Romania, the share kept stable pace in the past years, the office spaces developers being the major investors in these types of solutions and products. In 2015, the company delivered products for office spaces such as Metropol Offices, AFI Park and Oregon Park, totaling 37.000 sqm products, representing standard and customized solutions for facades, large panels, curtain walls and doors.
The company manager said that, locally, the company makes a 15 per cent market share on the aluminum carpentry segment for office buildings, anticipating a business growth on this segment. Besides, 30 per cent of the company turnover is provided by residential developments and expects 10 per cent growth on this segment. Also, 10 per cent of business is made from commercial projects, especially malls.
