Intrarom and Genesys receive The Best Technology Solution Provider for Banking Sector Award

During the last three years, Intrarom and Genesys have successfully implemented deployments of the Genesys Customer Experience Platform for some of the largest organizations of the telecommunications and banking sectors, expanding the list of satisfied customers across a wide range of industries and verticals in Romania.

The recent awards won by Intrarom and Genesys in the contact center domain in Romania included: Best Partnership (2013), Best Technology Solution Provider for Telecom Sector" (2014) and Best Use of Technology for project implemented at Telekom Romania (2015).
