Liebrecht and wooD Group strengthens its senior management team in Poland and Romania

As Liebrecht&wooD Group follows its growth strategy on the key CEE markets, the company has strengthened its senior management team by appointing two new General Managers for Poland and Romania. Mariusz Kozłowski and Sorin Ioan Blaga will commence work in their new positions in mid January of 2016.

The Group continues to develop new attractive projects, such as Praga Koneser Center in Warsaw and Frumusani Residential Park in Bucharest.

Having over 25 years of working experience, Sorin Ioan Blaga demonstrated his competences as Marketing Director within Philip Morris Romania and Bulgaria, Adevarul Holding and Otter Distribution Romania, as well as VP Marketing, Communication and Corporate Affairs in the Rompetrol Group and Managing Director of Wave Division Group. Sorin studied at the Technical University Gheorghe Asachi, Iasi, Romania, and holds Diploma in Management and MBA degree from the Open University Business School, UK. Sorin is also a passionate academic lecturer-he has been Tutor within Open University Business School, as well as Associate Professor with the Faculty of Communication, National School of Political Studies and Public Administration, Romania.

Mariusz Kozlowski is among the most experienced real estate professionals in the Polish market. He was a member of the management board of GTC SA for 14 years, where he was involved in the development and management of approx. 400,000 sqm. of office and retail projects in Poland, as well as in the first IPO of a real estate company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He demonstrates significant expertise in leasing, marketing and corporate communication, as well as capital markets. Mariusz Kozlowski is a licensed stock broker-before joining GTC he was heading institutional equity sales at ABN AMRO Securities in Warsaw. He graduated from prestigious Foreign Trade Faculty at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) with Master Degree in Economics.
