Teamnet develops advanced management solutions for NFC-based services
Teamnet announced it develops advanced solutions dedicated to NFC (Near Field Communication), aiming at encouraging the emerging rate of this type of technology in Romania. 2015-09-04 14:06:40
The company works at developing an integrated platform of Trusted Service Manager- type, in order to enable providers to offer easier and faster NFC-based services to their clients. Near Field Communication (NFC) is a set of short-range wireless technologies, typically requiring a distance of 4cm or less to initiate a connection. NFC allows you to share small payloads of data between an NFC tag and an Android-powered device, or between two Android-powered devices.
"Teamnet initiative comes in the context of global trends of development of NFC technology in recent years. This platform will optimize the way we use NFC technology, providing the business community and consumers with a complex ecosystem for transforming mobile devices into intelligent tools for interaction in the NFC services, such as, for example, the payment, transport or access control. The solution will relieve the company from the management and technical services and it will enable them to focus on the core activities. At the same time, by adopting this platform to companies, consumers will benefit from the experience of NFC technology as an alternative method of payment and communication," said Bogdan Padiu, CEO Teamnet Group.
