Madalina Popescu appointed at the helm of operations of HBO Romania
Madalina Popescu has been named the new Head of Operations at HBO Romania. She will also continue her position as financial manager at HBO Romania and HBO Bulgaria. 2015-07-22 14:57:00
Popescu replaces Carmen Harabagiu, Country Manager HBO Romania, who left the company in early July 2015.
Popescu was actively involved in the European expansion of the group, especially in the launch of the HBO channels in the Netherlands in 2011. She has been the financial manager at HBO Romania and Bulgaria since 2007. According to Mediafax Antony Root, Executive Vice President Original Programming & Production HBO Europe is continuing the coordination of original production in Romania.
