Florin Grama is the new president of ABSL

The Association of Business Service Leaders in Romania (ABSL) names at its helm Florin Grama, the manager of customer service&support at Microsoft Romania.

The association board is also represented by Vivek Bakshi, general manager of International Operations at Wipro Technologies, Andrei Romanescu, managing director of HP Global Business Center, Catalin Iorgulescu, managing director of WNS Romania, Daniel Bratu, vicepresident of operations department at Genpact, Cosmin Patlageanu, marketing manager at Luxoft Romania and Giulio Medda, general manager of Office Depot Service Center. Also, Catalin Ciupercescu is the operations manager of ABSL while Dana Isaroiu is the greneral secretary of the board.

The Association of Business Service Leaders in Romania (ABSL) is a leading organization representing the business services sector, gathering high profile companies which conduct business in the area of Shared Services Center (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Research and Development (R&D).
