Family villa in post-modern style

BLVD BARBU VACARESCU A detached family villa with post-modernist and open-plan interiors and a generous green area is available for rent.

September 2009 - From the Print Edition

The space is functional and sensitively designed, partitioned on three floors, with four bedrooms, a large living room at the ground floor, an office, five bathrooms, two balconies and one terrace.
The living room has great access to natural light during the day due to the large windows and at night is illuminated by a curious post-modernist ceiling of embedded lights.
Divided into a sitting area and a dining area, the room can be cosy during winter evenings when guests can relax around the marble fireplace, while during summer the generous space is ideal for buffet receptions or dinner parties.
There is an open-plan kitchen, a small office, bathroom and a twin garage on the ground floor. The first floor includes a matrimonial bedroom with access to a large terrace and two bedrooms for children. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is one more room at the attic, with a large balcony, table-football and a bathroom, which can be used either as a bedroom, a den for teenagers or a games room. Outside is a children’s play area and climbing frame. The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating system and jacuzzi and can be rented for 5,000 Euro a month.
