The business is completely equipped, functioning in a space of 57 square metres and has a capacity of 25-30 seats.

In the category of offers with real estate properties is the complex Pasarea-Frumusani at a price of 210,000 Euro. The complex offers access to the Pasarea lake and is made up of land of 1,500 square metres, with a capacity of accommodation of seven rooms, restaurant of 150 seats, bar and terrace.

The property includes a land of 360 square metres, as well as a house of 180 square metres.For those who want to get a business in the domain of restaurants, a space of 220 square metres placed in the centre of the city, at a price of one million euro.
In Timisoara, a B&B with seven rooms is available for sale for 480,000 euro. Placed on a land of 450 square metres, the property was built in 2012.In the central area of the city, the restaurant Casa cu Flori is listed on Spatiicomerciale.ro for a price of 900,000 Euro. The villa where the restaurant is placed was built in 1915, structured on five levels, with 20 rooms and a surface of 585 square metres.

In Brasov, the B&B Brasovul Vechi can be acquired at 318,000 euro. The building is placed on a land of 176 square metres has a surface of almost 400 square metres and is made up of seven rooms.

In Constanta, a B&B of 13 rooms, built on a land of 500 square metres, has a price of 480,000 Euro. In Mamaia, restaurant Parc with access to the sea front is available for sale on Spatiicomerciale.ro for a price of 1.6 million Euro. The building has a surface of 2,600 square metres and includes a hall of 300 seats.
